Description:

Following the design of HCR’s proven Dual-Sport Kit, our Duner series was created for the serious dune enthusiast who needs additional strength without adding lots of weight. The alloy used to manufacture our replacement front A-arms is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 series chromoly. The material endures several treatments and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. Every external weld links to an internal plate. HCR kits use a 4130 heat-treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating, eliminating a potential weak point.

Duner Design for Less Unsprung Weight

Our Duner A-arms look great and the strategic cutouts lower overall suspension weight compared to our Dual Sport suspension. Less unsprung weight means quicker articulation over obstacles and chop. With quicker articulation, your tires spend more time on the ground, so you get more grip and control.

Upgrade Your Ball Joints

Get the most out of your Duner A-arms with upgraded ball joints. Upgrade to Keller Ball Joints or RCV 300M Pro Series Ball Joints.

  • Front sway bar link mounting holes are 10 mm. Newer models must drill holes to 12 mm

Returns Policy

Return Policy You can call 855-875-1578 for a return inquiry or email sales@hcrracing.com. Products will not be accepted without prior return authorization. The product must be returned to HCR within 30 calendar days from original shipment date. Custom product or product that has been installed or abused may not be returned under any circumstances. For all other products, if the item is returned in the original packaging, in unused condition, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories that may have been included with the product. Mark all boxes and paperwork. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Additional fees will be charged for any product not in sellable condition.
