HCR Suspension’s RZR XP 1000 Elite Long-Travel Suspension System

Part #: RZR-05600
Following the design of HCR’s proven Dual-Sport Kit, the re-designed Elite series has been created for the serious dune enthusiasts who wants the addition strength without the weight. This new proprietary design lightens the product without compromise. The alloy used to manufacture the Elite kit is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 Series chromoly. The material endures several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. Every external weld is an internal plate structured into the design. While the cost-effective approach is to run tube ends for ball joints , all HCR kits run a 4130 heat treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating to be attached to this billet eliminating a potential weak point. Billets are available in both ball joint and Uniball applications

Kit Features:
HCR alloy used to build every kit is 30% stronger than 4130 Chromoly
Every external weld is an internal plate structured into the design
HCR kits run a 4130-heat treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating to be attached to this billet eliminating a potential weak point
Billets are available in both ball joint and spherical applications
HCR Shock tower to reduce compound leverage and achieve a better motion ratio
Addition wheelbase of +3 inches
Additional width of +4 inches per side
Ground Clearance increased by 1.25 inches in the arm design
RCV 4340 Chromoly extended axle bars
King 2.5 Series HCR Spec. shocks with a 2.5 piggyback up front and the 2.5 IBP in the back

IBP Front Upgrade
Intended for the Dune enthusiast, Racers, and those who like to push it that much harder. This upgrade extends the same internal bypass technology included in the rear shocks to all 4 corners. This patented needle-valve design allows for less bottoming and shock fatigue on square edges, G outs, long distance racing, jumping, etc. where the front end needs a little more.

STRAIGHT LINK
These Radius rods are the supplied links in the kit and intended for the dual sport rider or pure duner. The straight link is optimal for bottoming and side load impact as it lacks any natural bends. Built out of light but strong .090 wall chromoly tubing, CNC'd bungs and FK bearing heims.

HIGH LINKS
The high links are recommended for the recreational trail rider or Rock crawler. These ALL NEW HCR Aluminum High Links are a great way to get clearance under the rear and avoid rocks while out on the trails. Additional cost to upgrade.

RACE LINKS
These heavy-duty HCR Race links follow the same design as the standard radius rod with material increased to .120 wall tubing. The 5/8-18 heims are available in Right hand threads only. Additional cost to upgrade.

Kit Contains:
- 4 Front A-arms
- 2 Rear Trailing arms
- Tie-rod Extensions
- Shock Tower
- 4 RCV Axle bars
- 4 King 2.5 HCR Spec. Shocks
- 4 Chromoly Straight Links, up-gradable options available
- Heavy-Duty Backplate
- Hardware Pack

Who We Are

HCR's proprietary billet slot and tab design and catacomb boxed arms are built to withstand the vigorous beatings of off-road riding while achieving the optimal combination of strength and appeal. Every external weld is an internal plate structured into the design. All parts are Fiber laser cut and CNC bent for precise fit and finish. An intensive process is used during each design to simulate and refine the new geometry to match the characteristics of the stock suspension while increasing suspension travel. Critical measurements are verified, such as ball joint angle, CV joint angle, and clearance to surrounding parts to ensure no binding or interference. All products are hand tig welded by seasoned craftsmen. The quality fit and finish, ease of installation, and top shelf performance of these kits are what sets HCR Racing apart from the competition. No kits are released to the public without numerous hours of vigorous testing in the rocks, desert, and dunes for true dual sport application.

Materials

HCR Racing introduced a new proprietary material with the release of the Elite series suspension system. This unique custom alloy, created for the Elite series, produces unmatched strength while adding minimal weight. The custom alloy used in HCR's manufacturing process is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 series Chromoly. This custom material goes through several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. With hese higher tensile and yield strengths, HCR is able to product innovative designs without compromising strength and integrity by holding to HCR traditional internal box and ribbing methods.

Shocks

Feel confident in the demanding terrain with King HCR Race Series Shocks tuned by Bret King himself. The shocks provided with an HCR Complete suspension system are custom built to work specifically with the geometry of each kit. These custom HCR Series shocks are longer eye to eye and stroke, custom valved and sprung to achieve optimum performance without compromising motion ratio and minimizing shock fatigue. This allows for less compound leverage on the arm preventing further bottoming and damage to components. The KING HCR Series are true off-road shocks with larger internals than a competing UTV shock; providing minimal added weight without compromising performance. Backed by KING, HCR provides a 3 month tuning opportunity to meet with a KING Technician for a live testing session if a different valving option is preferred. Most custom shocks will be available in HCR Edition black and Silver at no extra charge.

Axles

HCR recently Partnered with RCV performance through the release of the YXZ Long Travel Kit. HCR has been working closely with RCV to provide the strongest axle options on the market, boasting twice the strength of a Factory axles. RCV Custom HCR Axle bars will be included and heavy duty assemblies will be available as an upgrade. RCV's Revolutionary axle shaft design provides the strength, smoothness, and reliability you need to power through the most demanding off road conditions. These new axles are included in the XP1000 Long Travel kit, Teryx Long Travel kit, Maverick XDS long Travel kit and XP900 Long Travel kit as well.
